The best CRMs for insurance agents in 2026

We make Inyoke, so we've put it first. The rest are in alphabetical order, and everything we say about them comes from their own websites, linked at the end.

Updated , from each product's public pages. Sources are listed at the end.

What we compared.

Every CRM keeps contacts and notes. What sets one apart for an insurance agency is what happens around the call, so we compared these four things.

Calling.

Whether agents can dial from inside the CRM, and how: one call at a time or a power or predictive dialer.

Texting.

Whether agents can text leads and clients from the CRM, one at a time or in campaigns.

Quoting.

Whether agents can quote carriers inside the CRM, and start an application from the quote.

Commissions.

Whether the CRM tracks what each policy pays the agent and the agency.

At a glance.

A check means the product's own pages say it does it. A dash means they don't say.

InyokeOur product

Best for: Agencies that dial for a living and want the dialer, quoting, texting and commissions in one login.

A CRM with a built-in predictive dialer. Text campaigns, commission tracking, leaderboards and recruiting live in the same platform, and AI skips voicemails, writes up calls and files how each one went.

What stands out

  • A predictive dialer built in, with manual, power and ratio modes too. In our tests, Inyoke's connect rate ran 2 to 3 times that of the other dialers we tested.
  • yoke, the AI built in, skips voicemails in about a second, writes up each call and files how it went.
  • Quotes for final expense, term, Medicare supplement, hospital indemnity and IUL inside the call, from your agency's carriers, and the application starts right there.
  • Commission on every policy from your own comp grid, with weekly payouts, upline overrides and chargebacks.
  • Text campaigns from your agency's numbers, with every reply read by yoke and each interested lead sent to one agent.

Pricing

Inyoke's full seat, with the dialer, starts at $250 a month and depends on the features you need. A lower-priced CRM seat covers people who don't dial. Book a demo for your price.

Worth knowing

  • It's built for agencies that sell over the phone. If your agents don't dial, the lower-priced CRM seat leaves out the dialer and the quoter.
  • Pricing depends on the features you need, so the exact price comes from a demo.

AgencyBloc

Best for: Health, senior and group-benefits agencies, and uplines, that want clients, policies, compliance and commissions in one agency management system.

An agency management system and CRM for health, benefits and senior-market agencies. Its core system, AMS+, pairs with separate products for commissions, marketing and group quoting.12

What stands out

  • Policies linked to each client, group, agent and carrier, with documents and renewal automation.2
  • Texting one to one, in bulk or automated, logged to the client's record.3
  • Commissions+, a separate product, imports carrier statements and handles splits, overrides, hierarchies and agent statements.5
  • Quote+, a separate product, quotes small-group health and ancillary plans. Medicare and individual quoting connect through integrations such as SunFire and HealthSherpa.67
  • AI features, released in alpha and beta, summarize calls and answer questions about the agency's own data.8

Pricing

Prices aren't published. The pricing page shows three AMS+ packages, Grow, Accelerate and Elevate, with pricing on request, and prices Commissions+ and Quote+ by volume.9

Worth knowing

  • Commissions and group quoting are separate products, each with its own packages.9
  • Its pages describe no power or predictive dialer. Integrated phone calling, call queues and call recording are in the top Elevate package.94

Agent CRM

Best for: Solo agents and small agencies across many lines that want ready-made marketing, follow-up automation and a power dialer at a flat monthly price.

A marketing and sales automation CRM for insurance agents, with ready-made websites, funnels and email and text sequences for many lines, plus calling, a power dialer and an AI assistant.10

What stands out

  • Prebuilt marketing for Medicare, life, IUL, final expense, health, annuities, group benefits and home and auto.10
  • A power dialer listed among the tools included with an account.10
  • AgentAI qualifies leads, answers common questions and follows up by email, text or social.10
  • Mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play.11

Pricing

A $97 a month subscription after a 14-day free trial, with carrier fees for texting and calling on top.10

Worth knowing

  • Texting and calling carry carrier fees on top of the subscription.10
  • Its pages don't describe carrier quoting, policy records or commission tracking.10

EnrollHere

Best for: Medicare, ACA and final expense call-center agencies with dozens to hundreds of agents.

A platform for large insurance distribution organizations: a contact center with ratio dialing, call attribution, compliance monitoring, and a policy and commissions ledger.12

What stands out

  • Ratio dialing with agent-aware pacing, local presence and number rotation.12
  • A ledger that follows each policy by consumer, agent, agency, carrier, product and state.12
  • Commissions with advances, chargebacks, reconciliation and multi-level overrides.13
  • Call transcription with automated compliance and quality scoring.12

Pricing

The Connect Launch Suite is $300 per user a month, pay as you go, plus outbound minutes. Bundles start at $7,500 a month for up to 25 users, and its larger tiers require a three-year commitment.14

Worth knowing

  • It's priced for organizations rather than single agents, and its larger tiers need multi-year commitments.14
  • Its pages don't describe texting, email marketing, quoting or a mobile app.12

HubSpot

Best for: Agencies that want a widely used general CRM with strong email automation, and are ready to set up insurance fields themselves.

A general CRM and sales and marketing platform. Its insurance page shows policies kept in custom fields, renewal workflows and pipelines, with calling and AI on paid plans.15

What stands out

  • Renewal workflows at 90, 60 and 30 days, and email sequences by policy type or life stage.15
  • Connects to Applied Epic, Vertafore and HawkSoft through its API, native integrations or tools such as Zapier.15
  • Calling from contact records, and a power dialer in beta, on paid seats.1619
  • A free plan for up to 2 users.18

Pricing

Free for up to 2 users. Sales Hub Starter is listed from $7 a month per seat, billed annually, as a limited-time price for new customers. Professional starts at $90 a month per seat plus a $1,500 onboarding fee.1819

Worth knowing

  • Calling needs a paid seat, the power dialer is in beta, and texting is an add-on that needs Marketing Hub Professional.1617
  • Its insurance page and its pricing page describe the free plan differently. The pricing page says 2 users and 1,000 contacts.1518

Less Annoying CRM

Best for: Solo agents and small agencies, especially independent health and Medicare agents, who need a simple, inexpensive client and renewal tracker.

A simple, single-price CRM for small businesses, with pipelines, tasks and a daily agenda email, and insurance pages built around policies and renewals.2021

What stands out

  • One plan with every feature included.24
  • Policies, claims and appointments tracked, with renewal reminders.21
  • A turning-65 pipeline for agents who sell Medicare.22
  • A 30-day free trial with no credit card.24

Pricing

$15 per user a month plus tax, one plan with no tiers or contracts, and a 30-day free trial.24

Worth knowing

  • Calling, texting and email marketing come through other apps it connects to, such as JustCall and Mailchimp.23
  • Its pages don't describe quoting, enrollment or commission tracking.21

Ringy

Best for: Small, phone-heavy sales teams, insurance agents buying leads among them, that want calling, texting and drips in one low-cost tool.

A sales CRM built around calling, texting and email, with a softphone and drip campaigns, and a power dialer and AI tools sold as add-ons.2532

What stands out

  • Click-to-call from lead records, and a power dialer add-on that drops voicemails and records calls.2728
  • Bulk, scheduled and automated texting, with 1,000 texts a month included.2932
  • Connects to lead vendors such as NextGen Leads, QuoteWizard and Smart Financial.30

Worth knowing

  • The power dialer is a $70 a month add-on, and calls, texts and email past the included amounts are metered.32
  • It's a general sales CRM: its pages don't describe carrier quoting, policy records or commission tracking.26

Zoho CRM

Best for: Agencies with in-house admin help that want a low-cost, configurable CRM and will build their own insurance setup.

A general, highly customizable CRM that Zoho shows configured for insurance, with policy layouts, claims approvals, renewal automations and analytics.33

  • Workflows that send renewal reminders and birthday messages.33

  • Its pages don't describe a power dialer, carrier quoting or commission tracking, and texting needs a third-party provider.3435

Questions, answered.

What is the best CRM for insurance agents?

It depends on how your agency sells. If your agents dial leads all day, a CRM with the dialer, quoting and commission tracking built in saves the most time, and that's what we built Inyoke for. Health, senior and group-benefits agencies that want an agency management system have AgencyBloc. If you mainly need a simple client and renewal tracker, Less Annoying CRM is $15 per user a month, and HubSpot and Zoho CRM have free plans to start on.1241836

What should a CRM for insurance agents include?

At the least: leads and clients with their policies, follow-ups and renewal reminders, and a record of every call and text. For agencies that sell by phone, add a built-in dialer, texting, carrier quoting inside the call and commission tracking, so agents don't switch between tools all day.

Which insurance CRMs have a built-in dialer?

Of the CRMs here, Inyoke has a predictive dialer built in, EnrollHere has ratio dialing and Agent CRM lists a power dialer. Ringy sells a power dialer as a $70 a month add-on, and HubSpot has a power dialer in beta on paid seats.12103216

Which insurance CRMs track commissions?

Inyoke works out commission on every policy from your comp grid. AgencyBloc sells commission tracking as a separate product, Commissions+, and EnrollHere has a commissions suite with advances, chargebacks and overrides. The other CRMs' pages don't describe commission tracking.513

Which insurance CRMs include carrier quoting?

Inyoke quotes final expense, term, Medicare supplement, hospital indemnity and IUL inside the call. AgencyBloc's Quote+, a separate product, quotes small-group health and ancillary plans. The other CRMs' pages don't describe carrier quoting.6

Is there a free CRM for insurance agents?

HubSpot has a free plan for up to 2 users, and Zoho CRM's free edition covers up to 3. Both are general CRMs that you set up for insurance yourself, and calling and texting cost more.183633

What happened to Radius Bob?

Radius, also known as RadiusBob, is an AgencyBloc product that is no longer sold to new customers. Its site points new buyers to AgencyBloc's AMS+, so it isn't on this list.37
